Don't underestimate therapy. Something DID happen...you showed up, and that indicates your desire to be healed. Good for you.

Therapy is a marathon, not a sprint. The most important thing is to keep going! Some days will be better than others - that's the process.

...His hands. Therapy isn't always an instant fix like taking headache pill but will hv ongoing effect in your psyche over time. Keep faith.

Do u mean therapist wasn't there? Or do u feel that there was no benefit in the session? Trust God to have you & all that you are safe in...
